ABOUT
Who We Are
Texian Patriot is a Texas-focused heritage and educational community built around a simple idea: understanding where we came from helps us better understand our responsibilities today.
Our name is inspired by the term Texian, a name commonly associated with the residents and citizens of Texas during the revolutionary and Republic eras. For us, it represents more than a historical label. It represents independence, courage, resilience, service, and a willingness to stand for principles greater than oneself.
We are not interested in reducing Texas history to slogans or mythology. We want to explore the people, decisions, hardships, achievements, and ideals that made Texas what it is today. That includes celebrating Texas pride while also approaching the past thoughtfully, honestly, and respectfully.
Our Mission
Our mission is to preserve Texas heritage, promote responsible citizenship, and encourage individuals to become knowledgeable, capable, and prepared members of their communities.
We seek to accomplish this through:
-
Historical articles and educational resources.
-
Stories about notable Texians and important Texas locations.
-
Discussions about liberty, responsibility, leadership, and service.
-
Community events and heritage-focused activities.
-
Safety, readiness, and professional training through Texian Tactical.
What We Value
Heritage
We believe the history of Texas should be studied, protected, and shared with future generations.
Liberty and Responsibility
Freedom requires citizens who understand both their rights and their responsibilities.
Service
Strong communities are built by people who are willing to serve, assist, teach, and lead.
Preparedness
Preparedness is not about fear. It is about developing the knowledge, judgment, and practical ability to respond when others need help.
Community
Texas has always been shaped by families, neighbors, volunteers, civic leaders, first responders, and ordinary people who chose to take responsibility.
Texian Patriot is for those who want to remember the past while helping build a stronger Texas for the future.
